Will this be strong enough to sew heavy duty velcro straps on a knee support brace?
Answer: Works well for me. Make sure the tension is along the length of the velcro (hence the line of stitches) rather than across it. I used a single line of stitches at each edge and end of the velcro, but 2 lines would be extra secure. -

Is this suitable for making durable heavy leather goods and shoe repairs?
Answer: I doubt it...I use it for sewing jewelry onto costume..not sure it will suit leather and can within getting wet -

Answer: No, if fishing twine was not strong enough, this will not be either - it's just a strong sewing thread for eg button -

Answer: Probably not. It is only sewing thread even though it's stronger than normal thread. You would probably need something more like string to rethread curtain tape. -

Answer: Yes, this would be good for stitching jeans, topstitch or seams. It is thicker than standard thread but not as thick as jeans topstitch thread. Use a denim needle. -

Would this be strong enough to hold for a person to sit? Because my swing stitches came off.
Answer: This thread is extremely strong and I didn't use it on my fabric in the end, it was too thick for what I needed it for. I think this would be good enough for your swing stitches.
