One of the customers asked if it was possible to purchase the cover for cleaning bedding, to which another customer responded that they had cleaned upholstery and various furniture and fabrics with it. However, they advised spot testing in an inConspicuous area first. Another customer inquired about the time of operation. In response, a third customer stated that how long the unit runs on a full tank depends on how dirty the floor is and how much time is spent on sections. They also mentioned that they were able to clean around an 800 sq. ft. area on one tank. The connections on the upgrade stick extensions are much larger than the original, and the only connection that is the same is from the hose to the tank. This information was provided to a customer who asked if they could attach their original floor piece to the stick extension. One of the customers asked if the product was the new style primo complete upgrade pack, and they were informed that it was indeed the new style, and it was expected to be excellent.
