Question:
I see that the total height (the metal part) is 39.5. How tall is the center section?
Answer: 35 1/2 inches high -

Can you negotiation in price?
Answer: Not that I'm aware of. The published price is what it is. -

How many inches are there between tiers 1-4? And how far off the ground is the bottom? Can I store my flip-flops there?
Answer: There are five shelves I count the top shelf also. The space in between shelves is 8 inches. The last shelf is 2.5 inches from floor. The length of from first shelf to last 32 inches. First shelf to 4th shelf is 24 inches. I am not sure if that was the question. -

Can this handle the weight of 4 pairs of workboots?
Answer: Absolutely. But this will only allow 3 pairs maximum. I too, thought it held 4 pairs, but doesn't. I would buy it again, because it's very strong, for the money. -

Can you add another rack to where they stack on top?
Answer: No it isn’t possible. -

Is it made in China?
Answer: I don’t know we’re it was made. But it is a good shoe rack. Works great easy to clean. It will hold around 20 pairs of shoes. It worth its money. -

What is the height between the shelves? I'd like to stack two plastic boxes on each shelf. Is this possible?
