It proved to be compatible with MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus motherboard as well as Define 7 case front panel usb-c cable with type-e plug. However, it may not work with all type-e plugs and sockets as the compatibility may vary. This adapter is capable of supplying USB 3.0 speed for read and write capabilities, but it should not be used for fast charging as it may cause damage to the components.
