Despite fixing the motherboard, the first unit did not work, but the second one did, and the customer has been satisfied with its performance ever since. Their coop had a trap door that drops down instead of a sliding door that pulls up. To make the product work for their setup, they had to come up with a creative solution using an old sledge hammer head. One customer mentioned that the product sometimes opened unexpectedly due to motion sensor detection, leaving the coop door open all night. Unfortunately, another customer encountered a mechanical issue where the bead inside the system skipped its knot, causing the door not to close.
