AIRHEAD Towables AHGR-02 Editorial Review
The Airhead Griffin is an inflatable towable tube that does not come with a tow rope or replacement tubes. As for inflation, some customers have had difficulty finding a fitting that fits the large inflation opening, but removing fittings from an air compressor and using the hose to inflate seems to work quickly. When fully inflated, the Airhead Griffin is about 5-6ft wide with wings and 4-5ft long. It has a weight capacity of at least 500 pounds according to one user who rode with two sons. The rubber tube inside the outer fabric can be removed for patching and repair. Overall, customers seem to be satisfied with the Airhead Griffin's performance and durability, with one user riding at high speeds with a total weight of over 500 pounds. However, the lack of replacement tubes and difficulty finding an appropriate fitting for inflation may be a drawback for some users.
