The hood has a coyote fur which makes it very comfortable and efficient in keeping the cold air out even when wet. The jacket is manufactured in Canada, which is the home of the company. According to customer reviews, the jacket is heavy but effective in keeping one warm. It has a superior quality and manufacturing, however, it is more expensive than most winter jackets. It is advised to order a size smaller than usual as the jacket runs large. Some buyers that got a smaller size claimed it still had enough space to layer, which is normal for jackets designed for extremely cold conditions.
