Bernette Sewing Machines BERNETTE-B79-1 Editorial Review
The Bernette b79 sewing and embroidery machine has a 9 inch throat space and does not take 220 volts input. While some buyers have found it difficult to use without written instructions (which are available online but not included), others have found it easy to use and adjust, and have had success with both sewing and embroidery. One review complained of the thread not staying in the fabric, and suggested that the machine might be "rigged" or defective. Overall, reviews of the Bernette b79 are mixed, but several customers find it a good investment.
