The product is a remote car starter and keyless entry system. It is compatible with smartphones, but requires purchasing the Drone Mobile and subscribing to one of their plans via Google Play or the Apple Store. The system is not compatible with diesel cars, except for a programmable diesel timer from 3-99 seconds with a 7 sec GM Ignition Delay. Installation requires a bypass module for certain cars with chip keys or other security devices. The system has fantastic range and is highly recommended. However, it is not a DIY product and requires professional installation, programming, and adaptation to the car. Some customers had issues with flashing and cloning, the need to use multiple key fobs, or annoying beeps. Customer support is also terrible, and some customers experienced installation issues, requiring extra modules or returning the product.
