Probably half the size (if not less) than most other Omeprozole type capsules I've taken, so swallowing these shouldn't be an issue. If that doesn't work, then yes, I just tried to separate 1 of my capsules and it did come apart pretty easily by lightly pinching top and bottom halves, and spinning slowly in opposite directions whole carefully pulling apart. I suppose you could mix with apple sauce or something if this is your only option.
