Its battery life is a particular highlight, with a single charge lasting around 12 days on moderate to heavy usage. The watch has a sleek design, but lacks phone call ability and Alexa. The updated Zepp OS is very fluid, but training templates and route imports could be improved. One user reported issues with sleep tracking, which only starts after midnight and does not record naps. Another user experienced problems with the GPS, leading to unreliable measurements of distance and uncertainty around the reliability of other sensors. Customer support has not been responsive.
