The UPPAbaby VISTA Lower Adapter allows users to attach a bassinet or Mesa car seat to the lower level of their stroller. However, it is important to note that it is not compatible with the toddler seat that comes with the VISTA stroller, or with the Rumble seat, which has its own adapters. It is also important to note that the lower adapter only comes with one piece, even though the product name suggests it comes in a pack of two. While some customers found it easy to use and of great quality, others found that the pictures were misleading, making it unclear which seats can be used with the lower adapter.
