The Del Mex Mexican Serape Blanket in electric purple is a brilliant design. It features the usual scrape weave fabric, which is thick and quite coarse. It's not soft, but it's not rough or scratchy. The blanket is thicker than the usual tablecloth but still drapes well. It can be used as a throw on the couch, extra blanket, dog blanket, people blanket, tablecloth, or even as a prop backdrop. The blanket is very durable and washes well in the weekly laundry. The colors haven't faded, and it dries super fast in the dryer.
