Many customers have reported that the soap bars are splitting and falling apart after only a few uses. Additionally, the fragrance of the soap has been changed and is not as pleasant as it once was. Some customers have even compared the new fragrance to that of a detergent. Many are also unhappy with the new bag packaging and are calling for the old recyclable box to be brought back.
