KMC Chains Editorial Review

The KMC 9 Speed EPT MissingLink has garnered a generally positive reception among customers, who appreciate its ease of use and compatibility with various bike setups. Many users report successful installations, giving their bikes a quick and effective fix. The product is deemed reliable for maintaining connections between chain links, enhancing bike performance effectively. However, some users have noticed a slight issue with the MissingLink's performance on smaller cassette cogs, where it seems to experience some hang-up as it navigates through the derailleur. This has led a few customers to prefer using the original pin supplied with Shimano HG chains instead. Overall, while the KMC MissingLink is favored for its efficiency and straightforward application, a minority express concerns about its performance under specific conditions. **
