Westcott Rotary Trimmers 16912 Editorial Review
The Westcott Multi-Purpose Guillotine Trimmer, 12, Black 16559 is a paper cutter that is designed in the USA and made in China. It can cut a 12" piece of paper and even laminating pouches and vinyl as per customer reviews. The blade is extremely sharp and can cause injury if not handled with care. The cutter does not have replaceable blades for safety reasons. One customer mentioned that the paper cutter is difficult to use as the numerals are black on black thereby making it tough to measure the cuts. A few customers complained about their product malfunctioning and not cutting paper straight.
