- LA NUEVA NOVELA DEL GANADOR DE LOS PREMIOS PRÍNCIPE DE ASTURIAS DE LAS LETRAS, BOOKER Y FRANZ KAFKA«El mejor escritor en activo en su idioma y, si hay justicia, Nobel cercano. ... … Elegante e inteligente misterio gótico, victoriano... y veneciano».Víctor Vela, El Norte de Castilla

Kindle Edition Marriage & Divorce Editorial Review
Nocturno de Venecia Literaturas, published by ALFAGUARA, showcases Banville's unique prose that navigates through stories of love and heartbreak set in the intriguing backdrop of Venice. Readers appreciate the vivid descriptions of settings, although some find the narrative slow, especially in the first half filled with lengthy introspections rather than engaging dialogue. This novel is particularly compelling for those familiar with Banville's work, although newcomers may find the pacing challenging. Overall, it's a fascinating read for fans of contemporary literature who are interested in the intricacies of relationships.
