Kindle Edition Classics Editorial Review
Padres e hijos Alba Clásica is a significant work by Turguénev that vividly portrays the generational conflict in 19th century Russia through its complex characters, particularly the young nihilist Yevgueni Bazárov, who challenges societal norms with his sarcastic outlook. Readers commend the book for its elegance and thought-provoking content, as it dives deep into the tensions between old and new ideologies during a transformative era for Russia. Despite some minor concerns about the book's physical condition upon delivery, its narrative and character development resonate with many, solidifying its status as a classic in Russian literature.
