    отвечать: Thicker style support with the right amount of elasticity so that you can still exercise! I lost one of my knee ligaments in a biking accident & I wear this brace to referee rugby. It allows me to run around for 80 mins+, so I think you'll be fine with squats.

    отвечать: Probably large, but order a M & L and return the unwanted item. They are of extreme good quality.

    отвечать: Hi, I measured 4 inches from the top of the kneecap around the thigh as shown in the photo. If the measurement is at the top end of the size shown, then order the next size up. I ordered the next size up and it's a lovely fit. I just followed the instructions shown in the photo. I hope this helps.
