How do you get the bulb out?
отвечать: The bulb will just pull out with a medium amount of force. The metal holder for the glass dish can be removed also. It is just held in place by magnets. Please turn off the lamp for 15 minutes prior to changing the bulb and let it cool as it is a heated bulb. -

отвечать: Not from us yet! However, you can use any fragrance drops or wax melts you wish. If using wax melts, let the lamp fully cool and the used melt and the wax will just fall out of the dish and you can add another! -

отвечать: I purchased this from a garden centre. I have taken 2 back as they blew within the first use. I am trying a 3rd time lucky approach as I love it but expect to return it again. -
